Our Story
Our family has been serving Hakka Chinese food since 1987. Our famous Chili Chicken and Manchurian sauces were created by our parents Mei Wang and Michael Liu, out of the kitchen of our Vooka – our family home – it was then introduced in our restaurant, Yueh Tung.
People love our sauces so much they have tried to crack the recipes online, but now you won't have to!
Our recipes are a special family secret known only to us! And now, we are so delighted to be sharing our sauces with you and your family in your own Vooka .
